   * Expands to a formatted list of user groups in your %WIKITOOLNAME%.
   * Syntax: =%<nop>GROUPS%=
   * The variable is intended to be used in %MAINWEB%.TWikiGroups, to allow a
     group listing for various user mapping managers.
