This form defines the form of the user profile pages of registered TWiki users listed
in %USERSWEB%.%WIKIUSERSTOPIC% and %USERSWEB%.UserList. *Do not edit this topic* - if you want to customize the
user form, then:
   1 Take a copy of this topic and save it to <nop>%USERSWEB%.UserForm in the <nop>%USERSWEB% web
   1 Customise <nop>%USERSWEB%.UserForm
   1 Take a copy of NewUserTemplate and save it to <nop>%USERSWEB%.NewUserTemplate
   1 In <nop>%USERSWEB%.NewUserTemplate, go to "More topic actions", select "Edit topic preference settings", and add a VIEW_TEMPLATE setting like this:
      * <nop>Local VIEW<nop>_TEMPLATE = <nop>UserView 
   1 Edit <nop>%USERSWEB%.NewUserTemplate, click on the "Add form" button, and select your new user form - (if it does not show up, add =UserForm= to the WEBFORMS setting in <nop>%USERSWEB%.WebPreferences first)
